As of today, we have been unable to resolve the issue of logging in to Blackboard through My Word. Blackboard has identified the issue and is working with My Word to find a permanent solution. Until then, please login to Blackboard from the login page: https://blackboard.uiwtx.edu/.
Once this issue has been resolved, you will be notified through MyWord and/or your educational community.
Great news for instructors! Item Analysis is functioning in Blackboard. I addition, faculty can now create a Kaltura video using the Mashup tool.
Blackboard is still not accessible from MyWord, but we are working closely with Blackboard to find a solution. Please continue to access Blackboard directly from the site: https://blackboard.uiwtx.edu

The Technical Support Staff at Blackboard pushed a new version (3300.6) out last night designed to fix the problems with Blackboard discussion groups. If you find issues, please report these to the UIW Help Desk (210-829-2721, 1-866-614-5043, firstname.lastname@example.org).
Some UIW students and faculty have been unable to access their Blackboard discussion groups. Blackboard Tier III Service Support is working on the issue. The community will be notified when the problem has been resolved.
