Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance from 6:30PM on Friday, January 14th Β to 12:00AM on Saturday, January 15th.

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Access Management 9.3.17.0.5, 9.3.16.0.7, 9.3.18.0.3 (Required for BAM Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Admin Common 9.3.25.1.1, 9.3.26.0.6 (Required for Banner Admin Common Operations)
  • Banner Accounts Receivable 8.8, 8.8.1, 8.8.2, 8.8.2.1, 8.8.2.2, 9.3.17.0.2, 9.3.18.0.7, 9.3.19.0.5, 9.3.20.0.4, 9.3.20.1.1 (Required for Accounts Receivable Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Employee Self- Service 8.19.1 (Required for Employee Self-Service Operations)
  • Banner Finance 8.14.0.3 (Tentative) (Required for Banner Financial Administrative Operations)
  • Banner General 8.13.2, 9.3.17.0.2, 9.3.17.1.1, 9.3.18.0.4, 9.3.19.0.5, 9.3.20.0.5, 9.3.21.0.6 (Required for General Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Human Resources 8.19.1, 8.19.2, 9.3.20.1.1 (Required for HR Administrative Operations)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)

Update: Ellucian CRM (Recruit) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Update PROD

As part of Ellucian delivery improvements for UIW, who is using Ellucian CRM (Recruit) in the cloud, several mandatory service updates are planned for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Ellucian CRM (Recruit) will be offline during the service update and a maintenance page will be posted informing staff of the outage. Tech Check will provide information once Recruit is available.

Service updates are scheduled for the following:

Banner 9 Student Profile

The Self-Service Student Profile offers a modern digital experience with a user friendly and redesigned user interface. It has the capability to provide relevant information in an easy to navigate manner with both mobile and standard web enhancements. UIW Students will now see a menu with easier navigation and an improved concise student profile information with additional links, which includes student, account, and financial aid information, all on one page; the most commonly used resources located all in one spot, which makes it easier and more efficient for students.
