IRD October 2019 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance on Friday, October 18th from 6:30PM to 12:00AM.  

The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Argos (Windows Update)
  • Banner Document Management (Windows Update)
  • Banner Advancement Self-Service Banner 8.12 (Required for Advancement Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Financial Aid 8.37, 9.3.16 (Required for Banner Financial Aid Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Financial Aid Self Service Banner 9.10 (Required for Financial Aid Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Finance 8.11.1.13, 9.3.13.0.5 (Required for Finance Administrative Operations)
  • Form Fusion (Windows Update)

During the Upgrade the following systems will not be available: 

  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Argos (Banner Reports)

SERVICE INTERRUPTION: UIW Internet Connectivity starting at 9 PM

Due to a required upgrade by our internet provider, Spectrum, UIW Internet connectivity will be periodically interrupted this evening starting at 9 PM until 11 PM.  During these disruptions, users on all UIW campuses and residential networks will lose access to all web / internet based services.  Users off site will still have access to email, Office 365, Blackboard, eMedley, and other internet based services.

  • Banner Financial Aid 8.36, 9.3.15 (Banner Financial Aid Administrative Operations Upgrade)
