Blackboard will be updating their databases between the hours of 11:00 PM CST, Sunday, December 23 and 5:00 AM CST, Monday, December 24.
During this maintenance window, Blackboard users will not be able to access the platform.

The Zoom web-conference app’s login has been fixed. If you continue to have problems, please contact the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The web-conferencing app Zoom is experiencing login issues. We’re aware of the problem and are working to correct this.
Zoom’s log-in functionality has been restored. UIW users may now log in normally.
Users attempting to log in to Zoom are getting error messages. Network Administrators are aware of the issue and are working to correct the problem.
The main UIW website, http://www.uiw.edu, is now up and running.
Please contact the UIW Help Desk if you experience any issues accessing the website.
The UIW.edu website is currently down. The Web Team is currently working on the issue with the web host. In the mean time, you can still use https://my.uiwtx.edu to access your services.
The Technical Support Staff at Blackboard pushed a new version (3300.6) out last night designed to fix the problems with Blackboard discussion groups. If you find issues, please report these to the UIW Help Desk (210-829-2721, 1-866-614-5043, email@example.com).
Some UIW students and faculty have been unable to access their Blackboard discussion groups. Blackboard Tier III Service Support is working on the issue. The community will be notified when the problem has been resolved.
Over Christmas Break, our Learning Management System vendor will be upgrading UIW’s Blackboard system. All current courses and organizations will be migrated to a cloud-based environment.
