IRD Maintenance: Friday, December 7th, 2018

Enterprise Applications will be performing a required upgrade to the Banner database from Friday, December 7th at 6:30PM through Saturday, December 8th at 6:00AM.

The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window: 

– Oracle 12.2.0.1 (Required as current version will be de-supported)

During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available: 

  • Banner INB/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • myWord Portal (Links to Banner within the portal)
  • Argos (Database Reporting Software)
  • FormFusion (Document Enhancement Software)
  • Intellecheck (Check Payment Processing Software)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software, Scribing Software, & Surecode Software)

  • Banner Accounts Receivable 9.3.8, 8.5.4, 8.5.3.1 (Required for Accounts Receivable upgrade functionality)
  • Banner Student Self Service 8.7.2.7, 8.7.2.6, 8.7.2.5, 8.7.2.4, 8.7.2.2 (Required for Accounts Receivable upgrade functionality)
  • Banner Faculty and Advisor Self Service 8.7.2.7, 8.7.2.6, 8.7.2.5, 8.7.2.4, 8.7.2.3, 8.7.2.2 (Required for Accounts Receivable upgrade functionality)
  • BDM 9.3.1.4 Admin Pages

IRD September 2018 Maintenance – Configuration Changes

The Enterprise Applications team in collaboration with several administrative departments will be implementing configuration changes to our Health Professions programs within Banner.  These changes will introduce efficiencies to our end of term and other processes.  In order to complete the implementation, Banner will be unavailable on Friday, Sept. 28 from 6:00PM to 7:00PM.

 During the window the following systems will not be available:

  • Banner INB/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • myWord Portal (Links to Banner within the portal)
