Information Technology (I.T.) January 2022 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance from 6:30PM on Friday, January 14th  to 12:00AM on Saturday, January 15th.

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Access Management,, (Required for BAM Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Admin Common, (Required for Banner Admin Common Operations)
  • Banner Accounts Receivable 8.8, 8.8.1, 8.8.2,,,,,,, (Required for Accounts Receivable Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Employee Self- Service 8.19.1 (Required for Employee Self-Service Operations)
  • Banner Finance (Tentative) (Required for Banner Financial Administrative Operations)
  • Banner General 8.13.2,,,,,, (Required for General Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Human Resources 8.19.1, 8.19.2, (Required for HR Administrative Operations)
  • CLEAN_Address 4.4.7 (Regulatory Data Updates)
  • U.S. Tax Updated 289, 291 (Regulatory Updates)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)
