The Self-Service Student Profile offers a modern digital experience with a user friendly and redesigned user interface. It has the capability to provide relevant information in an easy to navigate manner with both mobile and standard web enhancements. UIW Students will now see a menu with easier navigation and an improved concise student profile information with additional links, which includes student, account, and financial aid information, all on one page; the most commonly used resources located all in one spot, which makes it easier and more efficient for students.

Information Technology (I.T.) October 2021 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance from 6:30PM on Friday, October 15th  to 12:00AM on Saturday, October 16th.

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Employee Self-Service 8.19, 9.13, 9.14, 9.15 (Implementation of Banner SSB 9 Employee Operations)
  • Banner Student 8.21.1, 9.3.24 (Required for Student Administrative Operations)
  • Evisions Server OS Upgrade (Maintenance Updates)
  • Banner Database Upgrade (Pre-Requisite Upgrade for Employee SSB 9.15)
  • Banner Position Control 8.19 (Pre-Requisite Upgrade for Employee SSB 9.15)
  • Banner HR and Payroll 8.19 (Pre-Requisite Upgrade for Employee SSB 9.15)
  • Banner Student Self-Service 9.16 (Implementation of Banner SSB 9 Student Operations)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)
