Information Technology (I.T.) July 2021 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance on Friday, July 23rd at 6:30PM to 12:00 a.m.

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Admin Common 9.3.24 (Required for Banner Student Upgrades)
  • Banner Financial Aid 8.40.1.1 (Required for Financial Aid Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Student 9.3.15.1.4, 9.3.15.2.1, 9.3.16.0.4, 9.3.17.0.5, 9.3.18.0.4, 9.3.19.0.4, 9.3.20.0.2, 9.3.21.0.7, 9.3.22.0.4, 9.3.23.0.6, 9.3.23.1.2(Required for Student Administrative Operations)
  • CLEAN_Address Data Update for Banner 9 Admin Pages (Regulatory Data Updates)
  • U.S. Tax Updated 285, 286 & 287 (Regulatory Updates)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)
