Information Technology (I.T.) April ‘Out-Of-Cycle’ Maintenance – Friday, April 9, 2021

Enterprise Applications will be performing a ‘Required Financial Aid Upgrade’ from 6:30 p.m., Friday, April 9th  through 6:00 a.m., Saturday, April 10th.

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Admin Common 9.3.23.1 (Dependency for Financial Aid Upgrade)
  • Banner Common Data Base Upgrade 9.23 (Dependency for Financial Aid Upgrade)
  • Banner Communication Management 9.7.1 (Required for Banner Communication Management Processing)
  • Banner Financial Aid 8.39.2, 9.3.24 (Dependency for Financial Aid Upgrade)
  • Banner General 8.13 (Dependency for Financial Aid Upgrade)
  • Banner Student 8.20.2, 8.20.3, 8.21, 9.3.22 (Dependency for Financial Aid Upgrade)
  • Banner Student Self-Service 9.16 (Dependency for Financial Aid Upgrade)
  • Oracle Patches-Banner 9 Admin Pages, Degree Works, and Automic (Required Patch Updates- Regulatory Updates)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)
