Information Technology (I.T.) January Maintenance – Friday, January 22, 2021

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance on Friday, January 22nd   at 6:30PM to 11:00PM.  

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Event Publisher 9.4 (Required for Recruit Administrative Operations)
  • CLEAN_Address Data Update for Banner 9 General SSB (Regulatory Updates)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Banner 9 My Profile (Employee Self-Service Banner Dashboard)

Enterprise Applications will be performing an โ€œOut-Of-Cycleโ€ maintenance on Friday, January 15th ย at 6:30PM to 12:00AM. ย 

The following regulatory production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Banner Admin Common 9.3.23 (Dependency for HR and Payroll Upgrade)
  • CLEAN_Address Data Update (Bi-Monthly Regulatory Updates)
  • Banner Employee Self-Service 8.17, 8.18, 8.18.1, 9.12 (Required for Banner Employee SS Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Finance 8.13.1.1 (Required for Banner Finance Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Human Resources and Payroll 8.18.2, 8.18.2.1, 9.3.17 (Required for HR and Payroll Administrative Operations)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
