IRD September 2020 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance from 6:30 p.m., Friday, September 25th through 3:00 a.m., Saturday, September 26th.

The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • UIW Modifications – srkpre1.sql (Regulatory Updates)
  • Oracle Security Patches (Critical Patch Updates-July 2020)
  • Banner General 9.3.15 (Required for Banner Access Management Upgrade)
  • Banner Account Receivables 8.6,8.7, 9.3.16.0.4 (Required for Student Self-Service Upgrade)
  • Banner Access Management 9.3.15.0.19 (Required for Banner Security Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Student Self-Service  9.13 (Required for Latest Security Improvements)
  • Banner Database Upgrade 9.21 (Required for Student Self-Service Upgrade)
  • Banner General 8.12.2 (Required for Student Self-Service Upgrade)
  • Banner Student 8.19, 8.20 (Required for Student Self-Service Upgrade)
  • Banner Web Tailor 8.9.1.1, 8.9.1 (Required for Student Self-Service Upgrade)
  • Banner Web General 8.8.0.1 (Required for Student Self-Service Upgrade)
  • Banner Admin Common 9.3.22.0.5 (Required for Student Registration Upgrade)
  • Banner 9 Student Registration 9.18 (Required for Latest Security Improvements)

 During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available:

  • Argos (Banner Reports)
  • Automic (Scheduler for Banner jobs & data integrations)
  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner 9 and BDM/Xtender within the Cardinal Apps)
  • Degree Works (Academic Advising, Degree Audit Software)
