Zoom App Not Launching

Hello UIW Community,

Users are experiencing issues with the Zoom App not launching when joining/starting a meeting.

Workaround: Use Zoom via the web browser.

  • Log into Cardinal Apps at apps.uiw.edu
  • Click on the ZOOM icon
  • Click on Join a Meeting
  • Enter your Meeting ID and Click Join
  • If clicking on “Open zoom.us” does not work, click on the blue “start from your browser” link at the bottom of the page.

Our team is looking into the issue and hopes to have a resolution in place as soon as possible.
