IRD March 2020 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance on Friday, March 27th at 6:30PM through Saturday, March 28th at 12:00AM.

The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window: 

  • Banner Financial Aid 8.37.2, 9.3.19 (Required for Financial Aid Administrative Operations)
  • Banner Financial Aid Self-Service 8.37.3 (Required for Financial Aid Self-Service Banner Operations)
  • Banner Admin Common 9.3.18.3 (Required for Financial Aid SSB 8.37.3 Upgrade)
  • Update CLEAN_Address (Address Verification) subscription
  • Increase storage capacity for BDM (Banner Document Management)

 During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available: 

  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner Apps)
