IRD December 2019 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be performing maintenance on Friday, December 20th at 6:30PM to 12:00AM.  

The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • Action Item Processing (Student Health Waiver)
  • Banner Employee Self-Service 8.16.1 (Required for Employee Administrative Operations)
  • Banner HR and Payroll 8.16.1, (Required for Employee Self-Service 8.16.1 Upgrade)

During the Upgrade, the following systems will not be available: 

  • Banner 9 Admin Pages/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM (Banner Document Management)
  • Cardinal Apps (Links to Banner Apps)

Service Disruption: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (email, OneDrive, MS Office) services experiencing issues.

At approximately 9:30 AM, Microsoft released a service health advisory stating that they are aware of problems accessing the Office 365 suite of products.  This issue may cause slowness, delays, or connection disruptions when trying to access email either via the Outlook client or via webmail.  Additionally, users may have issues logging into the Office365 portal, downloading OneDrive files, and working on office files.

We will provide an update when we receive further information from Microsoft.
