MyWord is experiencing some intermittent login issues.
The error message states “Login failed” or “Password is incorrect”.
Workarounds for this are:
- Using another web browser OR
- Clearing the history and cache of the browser you are currently using.
- For assistance in clearing the cache in various browsers, contact the Help Desk for a quick walkthrough.
A password reset is not required for this to be resolved. The above steps have been tested and proven successful.
