Information Resources Division will be performing maintenance on Friday, Sept. 7 from 6:30PM to 11:00PM.
NOTE: These changes will affect all BDM/ApplicationXtender users. To ensure uninterrupted functionality on Monday, Sept. 10, please restart your computer and clear your browser cache after the upgrade is complete.
The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:
- Captiva Cloud 3.0 Software Installation (Required for Banner Document Management & ApplicationXtender functionality)
- ApplicationXtender 16.3 P02 with Hotfixes (Required to correct batch scanning issues, Document Type & Ordering issues)
During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available:
- BDM/ApplicationXtender (Banner Document Management)
