IRD February 2018 Maintenance

Enterprise Applications will be conducting system maintenance on Friday, 2/16 at 6:30PM through Saturday, 2/17 at 7:00AM.

 The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:

  • AppXtender 7.0 SP1 (Required for vendor support)
  • Clean Address 9 (Required for Banner 9 Address Update Functionality)
  • Banner 9 Job Submission Activation (Required for Banner 9 Job Submission)
  • VMWare Configuration (Server Memory Increase)

During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available:

  • Banner INB/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
  • BDM/AppXtender (Banner Document Management)
  • myWord Portal (Links to Banner within the portal)
