UPDATE: IRD February 2018 Maintenance Complete
Enterprise Applications has completed the IRD February 2018. All services have been restored. Please contact the Help Desk at 210-829-2721 or helpdesk@uiwtx.edu if you encounter any issues. Thank you.
IRD February 2018 Maintenance
Enterprise Applications will be conducting system maintenance on Friday, 2/16 at 6:30PM through Saturday, 2/17 at 7:00AM.
The following production change items will be included in the maintenance window:
- AppXtender 7.0 SP1 (Required for vendor support)
- Clean Address 9 (Required for Banner 9 Address Update Functionality)
- Banner 9 Job Submission Activation (Required for Banner 9 Job Submission)
- VMWare Configuration (Server Memory Increase)
During the maintenance window the following systems will not be available:
- Banner INB/SSB (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
- BDM/AppXtender (Banner Document Management)
- myWord Portal (Links to Banner within the portal)
Login to Blackboard through https://blackboard.uiwtx.edu/.
As of today, we have been unable to resolve the issue of logging in to Blackboard through My Word. Blackboard has identified the issue and is working with My Word to find a permanent solution. Until then, please login to Blackboard from the login page: https://blackboard.uiwtx.edu/.
Once this issue has been resolved, you will be notified through MyWord and/or your educational community.

Blackboard Update
Great news for instructors! Item Analysis is functioning in Blackboard. I addition, faculty can now create a Kaltura video using the Mashup tool.
Blackboard is still not accessible from MyWord, but we are working closely with Blackboard to find a solution. Please continue to access Blackboard directly from the site: https://blackboard.uiwtx.edu

Service Restored – 5th Feb 2018 – As of 7:40AM Blackboard is functioning normally.
Users may have been experiencing issues with the Blackboard site Monday morning. This issue has been resolved.
