MyWord Portal – Service Interruption
The MyWord portal will be down from 2-4am CST, Thursday, November 16 to troubleshoot a server issue affecting PDF links hosted in the portal document drive.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION: StarRez Student Housing System will be updated Sunday Nov 12th @ 11PM-2AM causing periodic loss of service

Enterprise Applications is aggressively working to restore MyWord portal availability as we are experiencing a post-maintenance service interruption. Thank you for your patience.
MyWord Portal Upgrade
Enterprise Applications will be partnering with the MyWord portal vendor to perform an upgrade on Friday, November 10 from 12:00AM-6:00AM. During this time the portal will not be available.
The upgrade will include a new single sign-on solution required by Banner 9. The portal upgrade will also allow for additional features to be configured such as a Password Manager solution.
